This Privacy Policy explains how Solo Pouches ("SOLO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, place an order or pre-order, enroll in our Subscribe & Save program, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services. This policy applies to information we collect online through our website and does not apply to information collected by third parties whose services we link to but do not control.

2.Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties such as our payment processor and analytics providers.

Personal information you provide

• Contact & account details — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and account login credentials.
• Order & transaction information — products purchased or pre-ordered, subscription selections, order history, and communications about your orders.
• Payment information — payment card or other payment details, which are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
• Communications & content — messages you send us, customer-service inquiries, survey responses, and any reviews, ratings, or other content you submit.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Cookies & tracking pixels — data collected through cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels, including analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel). See Section 4 for details.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Services, such as fraud-prevention signals from our payment processor, shipping status from carriers, and aggregated audience data from advertising and analytics partners.

• Process, fulfill, and ship your orders and pre-orders, and manage your Subscribe & Save subscription, including recurring billing;

• Measure and improve the performance of our website, products, and advertising;

4.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, remember your preferences and cart, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. This includes analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel) that may set cookies and collect information about your activity across sites for interest-based advertising.

10.Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended only for adults and are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 where required for the applicable product) to purchase from us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not sell the personal information of minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11.Marketing, Email & SMS Communications

With your permission, we may send you marketing emails and text messages about our products, promotions, presales, and subscriptions.

Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your orders, subscriptions, and account.

SMS / text messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from us at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12.International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries that may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers of personal information out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
